The Introduction and Epilogue of Seven Years of Plenty tells about my physical and spiritual journey. Some other CV-like details:

• I grew up in London, Ontario and have lived in New York, Illinois, Wisconsin, Virginia, and British Columbia.
• BA in music from Eastern Mennonite University (1979), graduate study in music education at James Madison University.
• University of Toronto/OISE Faculty of Education (1981-82), followed by ten years of teaching music and movement classes for young children.
• Graduate study at Regis College, University of Toronto (2003-4), working toward a Diploma in Spiritual Direction.
• Since moving to the Greater Victoria area of BC (2004), I have been doing volunteer work in church music and senior care.
• My husband and I have two grown daughters and three grandchildren.
